Full Preventative Maintenance Package
Also known as a "tuneup," this service is the first step in any seasonal care or repair diagnosis. The full preventative maintenance package applies to both gas- and battery-powered push lawnmowers, including self-propelled models. Use this service regularly (we recommend at least once every 12-18 months) to prevent costly repairs and accidents! Gas-Powered Mower Service (Small Engine)
Safety & Drive Controls
- Check self-propel/transmission operation
- Check throttle, choke, and self-propel cables
- Check safety features, wheels, gears, and hardware
- Check battery, charging system, and wiring harness
Air & Fuel Delivery System + Engine Inspection
- Inspect exhaust, fuel, and air & fuel delivery system
- Deep Clean carburetor (new carburetor if unserviceable, sold separately at discounted rate)
- Change engine oil and engine filter (where equipped)
- Replace air and fuel filters and spark plug
- Basic engine multi-point inspection
Blade Sharpening and Lawnmower Deck Care
- Inspect blade condition and balance; sharpen mower blade (new blade if unserviceable, sold separately at discounted rate)
- Clean underside of deck and remove grass and debris
- Grease and lubricate moving parts as needed
